HI! I’m Kathy, not only am I the mother to two adult sons, two adult daughters, two granddaughters, and three crazy dogs, but I am also the owner and operator of a multi unit mini donut food truck business opened in 2020. During my time still working as a retail bakery manager for one of the largest grocers in the southeast, this tiny dream grew in to one of the most recognized dessert trucks in the area. Over 25 years of retail management experience gave me the background and knowledge to step out of my management role to run the donut business full time in 2021. Nonni’s Mini Donuts has grown from a tent business at the farmers market to doing festivals, weddings, catering, and large events in two custom built mini donut trailers. The shift in career has allowed me to spend time with family, to mentor other women business owners getting started in the food truck industry, and to travel. Our love of travel is what brought us to the donut business, having stumbled across it during our honeymoon trip to Alaska. It changed the course of our lives and brought us to this point. Shrunk 3D will allow us to continue to help people celebrate, to share special moments, and to capture memories. Having lived in Central Florida most of my life I can’t wait to share this amazing concept with all our friends, neighbors, and business partners!
